UX research and wireframes
We learn who you sell to and what they need to believe, then map every page before anything is coloured in.
Services01 / Website design
Strategy, brand and design as one job. We design every screen around one obvious next step, and you review it live on your own phone before a line of code is written.
01 / Watch it come together
Scroll slowly. This is the order we design in, shown on a real site we launched, and why our sites look finished rather than decorated.
Structure first: what goes where, and the one thing each screen has to make people do.
Headlines that say what you do in ten seconds, set in a type system built for your brand.
Your palette, real photography and art direction, so the site feels like you and nobody else.
Interaction and animation that guide the eye to the next step instead of showing off.
Built, tested on real phones, checked for speed and accessibility, and live.

02 / What is included
We learn who you sell to and what they need to believe, then map every page before anything is coloured in.
Your colours, type and tone turned into a design system, so every page looks like it came from the same place.
You review clickable designs on your own phone from week two, not static PDFs, so there are no surprises at build.
Designed for the phone first, then the tablet and the desktop, never squeezed down after the fact.
Contrast, focus states, keyboard use and readable type built in to WCAG 2.2 AA, because that is who is visiting.
One obvious action per screen, clear routes to enquiry and SEO baked into the structure from the wireframe.
Why it matters
People decide whether they trust a business in the time it takes a page to load. A site that looks like the business you are becoming wins that second, and the next five minutes turn a visitor into an enquiry.
03 / How it runs
You always know what is happening, what is next and what it costs. Fixed price, agreed milestones, no surprise invoices.
A workshop on who you sell to, what they need to believe and which pages have to earn their place. You get a written brief and a fixed quote.
Every key page mapped as a script: what the visitor sees, believes and does next. Agreed before any colour goes on.
Homepage first, then the key templates, in your brand, on your phone as a live prototype. Two rounds of changes included.
You approve the prototype in the room. What you sign off is exactly what gets built.
Built on WordPress or hand-coded, tested on real devices, checked for speed and accessibility before you see staging.
Redirects, analytics, search set-up and a handover session so you can update it yourself from day one.
04 / What the designs do
Questions
Anything else, ring us. A five minute conversation usually answers more than a five page proposal.
It depends on the number of templates and how much is custom. Every project gets a fixed price after the discovery workshop, paid in milestones, so the number you agree is the number you pay.
No. If you have one we work within it; if it needs a refresh we can do both together, which is usually faster and cheaper than doing them separately.
Two rounds on the design prototype are included, and in practice most clients need fewer because you are reviewing real screens on your own phone from week two.
Yes. If you will be changing pages, posts or products, we build on WordPress with editable blocks and walk you through it at handover. Hand-coded sites come with a simple way to change text and images.
Yes. We map every old URL to its new home, keep what is ranking, and set up redirects, search console and analytics before switching over.
We can. Copy that says what you do in ten seconds is part of the design job, and we can art-direct a shoot or source imagery if you do not have your own.
